Remy Gonzalez, Cake Boss Arrested: the brother Buddy Valastro, the owner of a bakery "Cake Boss" was arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a teenager. Remy Gonzalez, who also appeared in the show is held in prison since last week, when he was arrested Aug. 18.

The charges against Cake Boss: aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.

TLC issued a statement in which they argued Buddy, but at the same time clearly they have nothing to o with the arrest or any criminal behavior Remy Gonzalez.
